Purrticles is a tool for designing Particle effects, that builds on Touchgram technology.

All the designs created in Purrticles are compatible with Touchgram and you will can copy them back and forth in Touchgram 1.3.6.
(Fun fact - all the particle effects you see running in Purrticles are actually each in a tiny one-page Touchgram. That makes it super-easy for us to have saved comments and other properties right there on the particle element).

Touchgram uses particle effects to provide feedback as you touch the screen and page elements as of v1.3.6.

Because it uses Touchgram's document format, all the rights and permissions available to artists are also going to be made available in Purrticles. You will be able to put prices on your designs and get paid for people using them.

For developers, Purrticles v1.1 provides export of Swift program code to use the SpriteKit game engine (on which Touchgram is based), as well as making it easy to copy to Swift Playground with an added bit of code generated for SwiftUI.

Video Export from Purrticles lets you choose the video size and rate, so even a tiny phone can generate a massive 4K video. You can force a clear background so particle effects can be overlaid with other tracks in your video editor of choice.
